Cowgirl Creations by Tess is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For lost packages please contact USPS with the tracking number provided with your order. We can only ship to the address listed on your PayPal account. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure you have correctly input this information into PayPal. Payment of this invoice is agreement to these terms and conditions
